Is there a dress code?
As this is an immersive experience, we encourage you to dress up, but it is not mandatory. There's no set dress code, so if you don't want to dress up, a casual look will be fine.
TICKETS
Can I purchase tickets at the door?
We will have a box office on site. However, tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive at the event, so we highly recommend you book your tickets in advance in order to guarantee your spot. You can purchase tickets in the Fever App or on the Fever website.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
No, for this event you won't be able to transfer your tickets to another person.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. In such a case, please contact us indicating your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed, except as required under Australian Consumer Law. For more information, you can refer to our T&Cs.
Can I make a group booking?
You can make group bookings up to the amount of tickets our app/web allows you to purchase (based on availability). No special group bookings will be made for this event.
ACCESS
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
It is recommended that you arrive at the time stated on your ticket, but you can arrive within the next 15 minutes.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, no pets are allowed in this event’s location, though we do welcome service animals.

Do you offer carer tickets?
Guests requiring assistance throughout this experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their personal assistant/support worker. Please contact us here with proof of needing a carer ticket.Once we receive this, we will provide you with a voucher that you can use to purchase your free carer ticket in the Fever app (based on availability).Please keep in mind that you will have to show the regular ticket with this carer ticket when entering the venue.
Is the experience accessible for deaf/visually impaired people?

This is a seated experience, so seating will be available for every guest.

Is there an age requirement?
ll ages are welcome but people under 18 years are allowed but their champagne will be substituted for a non-alcoholic beverage.
